Every client is different, but all want the same outcome, which is to secure an individual or a team that will positively impact their organisation, drive growth, enable change and create long term shareholder value.

We place considerable emphasis at an early stage on understanding your organisation, your objectives, your vision for the future and your culture, enabling us to credibly and effectively represent you to the external market.

Prior to commencement, we will discuss and agree with you a project plan covering issues pertinent to each assignment such as the most appropriate candidate sourcing techniques, target research markets, salary levels, timescales and relevant international media if appropriate. You will then be kept regularly informed as the search progresses, providing you with visibility at all stages and importantly regular market reaction.

Once assessed and qualified, a shortlist of candidates will be formally introduced to you. They will meet the criteria we have agreed at the outset and will be interested in discussing with you the opportunity we have presented to them.

We work very closely with you and shortlisted candidates throughout the critical stages of interviews, offer negotiations and transition into your organisation, objectively managing expectations and representing the best interests of all parties concerned to ensure a successful outcome.
